Modern Film Fest Presents — BUTTERFLY CIRCUS

Each week the Kannapolis Arts crew will be posting a short film we have discovered or had submitted with our Modern Film Fest Monday series.  This week we kick off with a beautiful film, “Butterfly Circus” featuring Doug Jones from “Hellboy” and “Pan’s Labyrinth.” Look for the film’s to be posted around Sunday night or Monday morning.

Fantasy author to attend FREE September arts fest

Heather Marie Schuldt, one of the authors for the fantasy short story collection “Giant Tales: Dangerous Days (Volume 4)”  will be a guest at the Kannapolis Arts event, the September 27 Kaleidoscope Cultural Arts Festival from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Seeking submissions for Short Film Fridays series

The Kannapolis Arts crew is looking for submissions for a new series we are launching: Short Film Fridays.

Each Friday we want to post a new short film with a wide variety of genres.

Filmmakers should send in links to their videos were we can embed the short film into our website and also send a short bio on the director of the film as well as a synopsis, genre type, run time and suggested viewer rating, i.e. PG, PG-13, R.
